ReconX provides a search engine service that indexes and makes searchable publicly available data from various sources on the internet. Our Services include:

The data indexed by ReconX is collected from publicly available sources. We do not create, verify, or endorse the accuracy of indexed content.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Free Users

Free access to ReconX is provided with limited functionality and is subject to the following conditions:

• Free access is provided without warranty of availability or uptime
• Usage limits apply to search queries and API calls
• Commercial use beyond evaluation purposes is prohibited without a paid subscription
• Bulk data extraction or automated scraping is not permitted
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free access at any time

5. Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions provide enhanced access to our Services. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice
• We accept cryptocurrency payments through our approved payment providers

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the Services for any illegal activity or to facilitate illegal acts
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits
• Use the Services to harass, stalk, threaten, or harm others
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Services without authorization
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data beyond API limits

7. Data and Content

ReconX indexes publicly available data from various sources. Regarding this data:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of indexed data
• Data is provided "as is" for informational purposes only
• You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it
• We may remove or redact content at our discretion or upon valid request
• Historical data may be retained for research and archival purposes

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable access to our Services, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability:

• For paid users, we target 95% monthly uptime
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions
• Support for paid users will be provided within reasonable timeframes

9. Intellectual Property

The ReconX platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by ReconX and protected by intellectual property laws. The indexed data remains the property of its original owners.

Your use of our Services does not grant you any ownership rights to the platform or the indexed data beyond the limited license to access and use the Services as intended.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information from our Services
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party content indexed by our search engine

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReconX and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings
• We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms
• We may terminate accounts involved in illegal activities
• Upon termination, your right to access the Services immediately ceases
• Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our platform. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law
