What are keyword alerts?
Keyword alerts let you monitor specific domains, email addresses, or IP addresses across security databases. When new data matching your alert is indexed, you receive a notification automatically.
What can I monitor?
You can set alerts for three selector types: domains (e.g. example.com), email addresses (e.g. [email protected]), and IPv4 addresses. Each alert monitors new exposure data for matches.
How often are alerts checked?
You can choose from three frequencies: daily, weekly, or monthly. The system automatically checks your alerts based on your selected frequency and sends notifications when new matches are found.
How many alerts can I create?
The number of alerts depends on your subscription plan. Free users cannot create alerts. Plus, Pro, and Enterprise plans include increasing alert limits. You can view your current limit in your account dashboard.
How do I get notified?
Notifications are sent to the email address you specify when creating the alert. Each notification includes the number of new matches found and a direct link to view the results in the search engine.
Can I pause an alert without deleting it?
Yes, you can toggle alerts on and off. Paused alerts retain their configuration and history. You can reactivate them anytime as long as you have an active subscription.
